OUR PURPOSE

an inclusive collective of creative women of color breaking biased barriers and glass ceilings.

We were tired of complaining so we created a safe space for Black women in biz to level up their careers to design the life they deserve instead. The Idea Girl Gang welcomes female-identifying creatives of all colors, classes, and creed to support the advancement of black communities worldwide.
