+ STEP 1: BOOK A CONSULTATION
Fill out the project inquiry form with all of your details and book your call HERE. (Please note that all consultations require a non-refundable $250 fee).
+ STEP 2: SECURE YOUR SLOT
If we are a match made in heaven we will follow-up by sending you a proposal that will include the project scope and pricing sheet. If you choose to collab with us, we will send you over a contract and invoice for a 50% deposit of the project total to secure your project slot on our design queue (the waiting list for all projects) and pick coordinating dates to launch by your deadline.
+ STEP 3: WERK, WERK, WERK!
Yay you're locked and secure! You will receive our Client Welcome Kit and be prompted to book your onboarding meeting to kick-off the Pre-Design Phase. During this time you will complete the necessary homework needed to make your dreams a reality such as filling out questionnaires and organizing your content.
+ STEP 4: LET'S GET STARTED!
Just like that, your start date is here! Your final payment of 50% is due before we get started. We have all of your photos and content ready to get straight into design mode!
+ STEP 5: POP CHAMPAGNE & BALL!
Woot, woot! You are ready, set, and launched! It's time to break out the champs and toast over your new project. We will send on over all of your files and/or transfer over web ownership. You will then have your 1-on-1 Client Offboarding where we will train you on how to access your design files and manage your brand assets and/or website.
